How we work, why we’re obsessed with video… our mantras for success:

Count, double-count. Know where the goal posts are. Set benchmarks. Shout them out to the team. Any of our projects, from a multi-app OTT launch to a Vitamin-D sunshine-infused walk around the block, begins with setting, tracking (and training teams) on time, metrics, meters and dollars (spent and earned).

Cross the finish line. Even if you’re crawling, even if you’re dead last, just get it done. Execution without strategy is expensive; strategy without execution is demoralizing. The last step is as important as the first. Fear of failure costs businesses millions; distraction from the end point, even more. You miss 100% of the shots you do not take. Just do it.

Watch, listen, share. People, this is video. Your desert island movies, your binge-watching TV episodes, your viral comedic clips, your Snapchat, Instagram and YouTube obsessions. Be transparent. Enjoy, appreciate, applaud, have fun.
